STUDENT SERVICES
We make available a research library, kitchenette with hot and cold packs,
audio and video equipment, overhead and slide projectors, skeletons and
models, adjustable height massage tables with face cradles, and wall charts
for anatomy, physiology, kinesiology, and for a variety of modalities
such as Touch for Health, Reflexology, and Trigger-Point Therapy. The

JOB PLACEMENT
ASSISTANCE
As a California vocational institution, we have a fundamental
commitment to developing the employment potential of our students. Students
are prepared to enter employment upon graduation. Our goal is to assist
students in the development of skills, experience and confidence necessary
to be employable. As part of our assistance, a bulletin board identifying
available positions from employers is available to the students. As part
of the core curriculum, students are provided information about basic
business skills such as record keeping, marketing, interviewing, networking,
setting up a business, licensing requirements, and ethics. However, the
Western Institute of Neuromuscular Therapy does not guarantee that a student
will be employed after graduation from the program
CONTINUING EDUCATION
We are privileged to offer a variety of workshops which allow students,
graduates, and other massage professionals to enhance and diversify their
skills. This is in addition to our core program. These workshops are offered
at different times throughout the year.
